That's why these webinars by Ian Berry on "Changing What's Normal" are so important. There's 3 of them.

Webinar 2 - December 8 - Changing Your Relationships.
Webinar 3 - December 15 - Change Your Organisation.

You can do the entire 3 webinars for $100 or you can choose to do just 1 ($40) or 2 ($75). They are all at 5 p.m. AEST.

Ian is a very generous guy. I know because I've known him and worked with him for a few years now.

If you register for even one of his workshops, he will give you a copy of his recent book - Changing What's Normal. This is almost the cost of one webinar in itself. It's a great book, easy to read and full of wisdom, or what he would call "sparkenations" - "a spark that ignites passion that leads to action that changes what's normal." He is also going to give participants access to his vault of resources - ebooks, reports, articles, checklists and tools of every kind. These represent his 20+ years of experience in leadership and management.

If you register for the 3 webinars, he'll provide a 45 minute mentoring session over Skype. Don't discount the fact that they are on Skype rather than face to face. I have mentoring sessions with Ian by Skype and he makes them immensely valuable.
